We have finally arrived in Belize! Our first stop is Lamanai Outpost, where we will learn about Ancient Maya culture and visit the nearby ruins. And of course keep an eye out for wildlife, like howler monkeys, tropical birds, and jaguars.

We started our trek to Lamanai on a van, followed by a lovely boat ride to our lodge. It sure is hot, and we are sweaty, but having a great time making new friends already. This is going to be a wonderful experience and the level of stoke is high.
